Jessica Marie Alba (as she is sometimes credited) was born on April 28, 1981, in Pomona, California. The aspiring actress relocated with her family (her Spanish/Mexican-American father was in the Air Force) several times before finally settling down in Southern California.

After Dark Angel's demise in 2002, Jessica was gone (but not forgotten) for a short while, only to re-emerge as the star of 2003's box-office hit, Honey. She was even Punk'd by Ashton Kutcher when she was confronted by a nude shopper in the MTV celeb reality series.

2005 proved to be a huge year for Jessica, as she starred as stripper Nancy Callahan in the highly anticipated film, Sin City. She is rounding out the year with roles in more big budget features like Into the Blue and Fantastic Four (as Susan Storm/The Invisible Woman). In 2006, she can add Sonic to her resume.

Anyone with strawberry-like lips will always score well with us. There are a million and one analogies we can use to better describe her, but why bother?
